Sharing Information
Users can choose to store their data on their personal devices or use our cloud service for data backup and synchronization across devices. If you choose to use our cloud service, we assure you that your data will never be shared, sold, or marketed to any third parties. You have full control and can delete your data at any time. LiftTrackr will never purchase any databases containing user data.

All personal data entered into LiftTrackr is stored in a secure database with restricted access.
Information Usage
We use the information we collect to operate, improve, and personalize the App’s functionality and customer support.
We may disclose your information in response to legal requirements such as subpoenas or court orders, or to defend against legal claims. We may also use your information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
In the future, LiftTrackr may engage in mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships with other businesses. In such cases, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
Analytics
LiftTrackr uses analytics tools to gather statistical and usage data to improve the App if user gives permissions. All data collected is anonymous, ensuring no personal information about users is exposed. LiftTrackr does not share user data with other third-party analytics services.
HealthKit Data
LiftTrackr may collect HealthKit data. This data includes Active Energy, Heart Rate, Activity Rings etc. We use this data to track your workout progress and show you how much you’ve filled your Activity Rings. This data is only collected if you approve it, and it will only be tracked once you manually start a workout session. We do not track your data automatically.
LiftTrackr will never share or sell your HealthKit data. No third parties have access to it.
User’s Data
When you create an account with LiftTrackr, we only require basic information such as your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password. This information is stored to ensure smooth operation of the App, and to keep track of your gym activities. This data will never be shared with or sold to third parties.
LiftTrackr reserves the right to delete your account and all related information at any time and for any reason, including technical needs, legal concerns, abuse prevention, or inactivity.
Third-party Links and Content
LiftTrackr may display links to third-party websites or content. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or activities.
Subscriptions Details
LiftTrackr offers a free version with limited features. You can upgrade to a premium subscription for unlimited workouts, limitless history and cloud synchronization.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Information for Users Outside of the European Union
By using LiftTrackr and providing your information, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data outside of your country.
International Transfers of Information
Information may be transferred, processed, and stored outside your home country, and data privacy laws may differ based on the jurisdiction in which the data is processed.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any data through the App or website.

By using LiftTrackr, you consent to our privacy policy.
